José Ignacio is the Managing Director and a founder of STRAAT, overseeing all investments and relations with portfolio companies. Previously, José Ignacio was CFO and head of the company's real estate investments. A Florida Certified Public Accountant, he is responsible for companywide accounting and financial reporting as well as all underwriting and asset management. José Ignacio also serves on the board of directors for several of the company's portfolio companies. In 2007, he led the company's investment in .CO Internet and was responsible for the financial and company structuring for the new entity. Prior to joining STRAAT, José Ignacio was an Audit Supervisor at Morrison Brown Argiz & Farra CPAs, the largest independent public accounting firm in Florida. His main practice areas included the audits and operations of medium-sized, and family owned and operated businesses. José Ignacio has a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Accounting & Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business and has a Master's degree in Taxation from Florida International University.

Mr. Lackner is the Chief Technologist of STRAAT and is responsible for all technical aspects of STRAAT's internet investments. Tom oversees the company's programmers throughout the various portfolio companies. Prior to this current role, he launched award winning Destructoid, one of the largest videogame and technology blogs online. Previously, Mr. Lackner founded ModernMethod (later acquired by WorldMedia), where his work included building best-of-breed websites and marketing solutions for Charles Schwab, uBid, HSBC, Air Canada, WebMD, Alienware, Aloha Airlines, Sol Melia Hotels, TigerDirect, Club MED, and Starwood.

Adyari oversees all the administrative aspects of STRAAT and makes sure that the office runs smoothly. Prior to joining STRAAT in 2009, Adyari had an administrative position with Stanford Financial and graduated from the prestigious bachelors program at the University of Florida.

Felipe leads the international business development activities of STRAAT with an emphasis on Latin American expansion. For the last 10 years, Felipe has lead sustainable development consultancy projects for organizations and companies in Latin America and Europe. Felipe has Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from Boston University, and previous experience in the finance and business strategy areas as an investment banking analyst for JP Morgan in New York.

Juan Diego Calle, a serial entrepreneur, is the Chairman of STRAAT. He has a full time job as the CEO of .CO Internet S.A.S, the company that runs the .CO top level domain. Under Juan's leadership, .CO was launched internationally in July of 2010, and has quickly become one of the most successful domain extensions in history, with more than 1 million domain names registered by people and companies in 200 countries worldwide.
